Private Cart Rules

1. Private carts are to be used by owner and immediate family only (i.e. husband, wife, and unmarried children claimed as exceptions).

2. The cart owner is solely responsible for his/her cart and its use. The Mt. Whitney Golf Club assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to carts.

3. The cart owner must have the approval from the Board of Directors of the Mt. Whitney Golf Club to have a private cart on the course.

4. In the event your cart is removed, you must notify the clubhouse manager in writing or the full monthly rental fee will be charged.
